We will do so as a "for-profit" to attract broadest range of capital sources....or as a "non-profit" as a fee-for-service specialist, with "services" tailored as best suited to each situation and each client.
Our goal is to appeal to the client-tenants, special populations, and to be welcome additions to local employers, neighbors and host jurisdictions.
Difficult "close-in" sites can be made to provide quality affordable units. Undaunted by "difficult development areas" we are very fortunate to proffer and innovate with the members of our capital team(s).
