In our past we have been a critical part of several projects in the Pearl District of Portland, Lake Oswego and Central Oregon. We are in our final stages of preconstruction design and underwriting our 419-unit multifamily project in the eastside or the Portland Metro.

Master Panned/Mixed-Use Communities
Affordability and "walk-to-work" affordable housing is a critical centerpiece to a large extended Bay Area site. The community masterplan will also feature a build-to-suit office/R&D site for a major Silicon Valley subsidiary operation and village commercial/retail.
